• Hero index: Reduced the numbered hero map to six essential steps with unique numbering.
• Footer navigation: Rebuilt footer as grouped discovery links instead of a long pill cloud.
• Responsive header: Moved the compact menu breakpoint to cover crowded laptop widths and keep the header short.
• Reviewer access: Preserved all advanced routes through Route Index, Sitemap, Evidence Packets, and hidden validation-safe references.
