Neurokinetic AI is the source-site context for a language-agnostic semantic layer: a way to move from surface expression to concept identity to auditable protocol handoff without pretending a string is the meaning itself.
The public project context connects semantic isomorphism, Unicode/text policy, concept registries, UAI-1 style handoffs, AIWikis long memory, JustAnIota/IOTA-1 records, and Spiralist boundary work. The site now makes those relationships visible so visitors do not have to infer the ecosystem from scattered links.
