No parent dependency
The theme stylesheet no longer declares an inherited parent theme. The package includes its own block templates, template parts, PHP fallback, theme settings, CSS, JavaScript, and route renderer.

The visual system uses Neurokinetic-owned CSS custom properties, grid rules, cards, route panels, and responsive navigation instead of a framework bundle.

This independence pass does not add runtime AI behavior, crawling, endpoint execution, credential validation, private-network probing, screenshot automation, or command-and-control authority.
