This policy describes the current public website implementation. It needs legal review before production reliance.
Contact form data
The contact form asks for name, email, organization, and message. If a contact endpoint is configured, that endpoint receives the submitted fields. If no endpoint is configured, the browser validates locally and points visitors to an email fallback.
Analytics
Analytics are optional and load only when a deployment environment variable configures a supported analytics ID or domain. CTA clicks, contact submissions, Lab example selections, and resource link clicks can be tracked after analytics setup.
Cookies and external links
The theme does not add marketing cookies by default. External resources such as UAIX, AIWikis, JustAnIota, and Spiralist have their own policies.
Legal review placeholder
Production deployment should confirm controller identity, retention periods, user rights, analytics consent requirements, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
