Footer rebuild: the follow-up live screenshot showed the old footer still rendering.
This v6.13.0 route records the larger footer architecture rebuild. The actual rendered footer is now synchronized with the block footer and fallback template, replacing the old compressed link cloud with a full-width introduction, four grouped navigation panels, and a smaller secondary discovery note.
Implementation note: the key fix was not just CSS; the route template footer itself now uses the rebuilt markup so the deployed site finally shows the grouped footer structure.
