UI/UX Polish

Primary Navigation, Homepage Scanability, and Public UI/UX Polish

A static UI/UX cleanup pass that simplifies the visible header, homepage hero actions, hero index, and footer while preserving all advanced reviewer routes through route discovery indexes.

Public UI/UX cleanup

The visible navigation now starts with a clear public path.

The reviewer screenshot showed a header that wrapped into multiple rows and made the site feel like an internal archive before the public message was clear. This pass simplifies the visible header, homepage hero actions, hero index, and footer while preserving every advanced route through the route index, sitemap, and evidence packet index.

Fixes applied

Header cleanup

The visible primary navigation is reduced to Home, Start Here, Ecosystem, AI Kit, Launch QA, Evidence, All Pages, and Contact.

Hero cleanup

The homepage hero now has four primary actions instead of a long list of internal launch/reviewer links.

Footer cleanup

The footer uses a smaller curated discovery map and leaves deep archive routes to the route index.

Preserved discovery

All advanced pages remain available through the route index, sitemap, evidence packet index, and static discovery files.
